The Former Governor of Rivers State commissioned the over N200b Port Harcourt Ring Road
The proposed Port Harcourt Ring Road is said to be the biggest project ever embarked on by a State Government and the past Governor used the opportunity to share his views on the Niger Delta’s Development Commission.
He also used the platform to openly caution the present Governor of River State on how best to rule the State.
