Dele Alli opened up about childhood trauma, his mental health struggles and checking into rehab in an emotional and candid interview with Gary Neville.

The England international said he’s now in the best place he’s been in a long time after seeking help.

Speaking to @gneville2, Dele Alli has revealed that he has spent 6 weeks in rehab dealing with significant past trauma, his mental health struggles and a sleeping pill addiction.

“I was waking up every day and was winning the fight, going into training, smiling, showing I was happy… but inside I was definitely losing the battle and it was definitely time to change it by going to rehab”, Dele said.
